Intra Centrex provides the same
features as Centile IP Centrex solution, with the difference
that the applications server software is placed locally
on enterprise premises.
Centile Intra Centrex can also support
complex multi-site configurations for companies with several
locations. The platform can, for instance, be placed at
the company headquarter, yet serving all sites, each with
custom dial-plans and feature sets.
Centile Intra Centrex is based on open
standards, and provides value-added services. It is focused
on easy service creation and customization, and the system
can be leveraged to deliver multiple services, which ensures
short return-on-investment (ROI) periods.
Access rights and services like voice mail, automatic call distribution (ACD), conferencing, custom interactive voice response (IVR), can be enabled separately. As an example, international calls can be restricted to certain departments of a company.
