Nexus evaluated a number of IP Centrex solutions and opted for Centile's IntraSwitch as the core element for this service. Using Centile's IntraSwitch platform capabilities, Nexus provides its end-user customers with a comprehensive range of powerful applications in a network-hosted model that eliminates the need for a costly premise-based PBX. The solution comes fully loaded with ready to market service functionalities such as value-added Class 5 features, CTI applications including CallPad and SwitchBoard, IVRs, ACD, N-way Conferencing, Find-me Follow me, Voice mail-to-email, Auto-Attendant, Presence Management, Instant Messaging and Video support.
