PRESS For Immediate Release News Release: 11 April 2007 Centile enables Level Four to offer value-added VoIP services to the Residential market in the Netherlands Level Four launched Basic4Call, a service using the Centile Intraswitch, to roll out Residential VoIP services through major distributor channels in the Netherlands. Sophia Antipolis, FRANCE, April 11, 2007 - Centile, the leading European VoIP Application Software vendor today announced that Level Four, a Dutch telecom service provider, has successfully launched Basic4Call, a new residential VoIP service based on the Centile Intraswitch. Level Four selected Centile's IntraSwitch in June 2006 for the delivery of value-added VoIP services to the residential market in Holland. After a successful trial and soft launch Level Four launched the Basic4Call VoIP service in December 2006. Consumers are now able to buy the Basic4Call box for a small fee from some 900 stores in the country and benefit from high-value bundled VoIP services at a flat monthly fee. All Basic4Call packages include voice mail, conferencing, anonymous/distinctive ringing, Call Waiting, and free calls to Basic4Call community members. Level Four has signed agreements with major retail organizations in the Netherlands for the commercialization of its Basic4Call VoIP service dedicated to the consumer market. Peter J.
