PRESS For Immediate Release News Release: 4 April 2007 Centile Announces the Release of IntraSwitch 7.2 Sophia Antipolis, FRANCE, April 4, 2007 – Centile, one of the leading enablers of next-generation SIP-based services for converged Fixed-Mobile and multimedia applications, today announced that the new Enterprise version of the IntraSwitch will be released imminently. The below features have been implemented in the 7.2 version: Call Back on No Answer or Busy - if the last called number is busy or not answering, the calling party will receive a call back notification e.g. different ring tone on the terminal used (IP phone, softphone…) when the called party becomes available. Free Seating - Free Seating feature enables enterprises to allocate a set of phones (SIP, MGCP, SCCP) shared by several users. In order for the phone to be activated, the user just log in his extension number. Linksys SPA 2102 phone adaptor has been integrated. Enterprise forwarding rules - now end-users can enable and disable from their device the forwarding rules originally set by the administrator. It is now possible with any CTI applications to search contacts. A search button has been added that enables end-users to retrieve instantly any contact details. It is now possible to filter contacts from the corporate directory and this is applicable with any Centile's CTI applications. For instance, employees using CallPad have a view of all contacts in the enterprise. The enterprise's administrator can, following end-users demand, allow them to only have a view of the R&D department, or contacts from the branch office based in France for example Platform Owner can now upload/download/delete/edit customized files through web interfaces. CTI Language Editor application is now available. It allows administrators to add/edit/modify language files in CTI applications. Centile's softphone "VoicePad" is now available in SIP.
