UK IP Services selects Centile to offer Hosted Voice Services

UK IP Services is extending its product offering with a robust and versatile VoIP solution

Sophia Antipolis, France - 17 July 2008 - Centile, , one of the leading European VoIP Application Software vendors today announce that UK IP Services, a leading provider of hosted communications solutions in the United Kingdom, has selected Centile’s IntraSwitch as its flagship product to extend its VoIP offering to resellers, SMEs and multi-site enterprises.

Centile’s IntraSwitch enables UK IP Services to provide white label hosted communication services including advanced Centrex features such as Auto Attendant, IVR, ACD, conferencing, call baring, find me-follow me, voicemail to email, simultaneous and distinctive ringing, instant messaging, presence management, and innovative flash end-user applications such as CallPad and VoicePad.

Through Centile web based administration interface, administrators are able to manage users’ moves, adds and changes and perform various actions such as creating speed dial numbers, free seating, call forking , show/hide caller ID, set internal dial plans….

Leveraging Centile’s IntraSwitch built-in capabilities for fixed-mobile convergence, UK IP Services is also able to satisfy its customers' mobility needs as the emergence of wireless IP networks grow. Centile fully support various Nokia dual-mode handsets, enabling business users to have one extension shared between their fixed and dual-mode handsets. When receiving a call, both terminals will ring simultaneously, so that the person can be reached at any time and from anywhere regardless of location and network access.
