PRESS For Immediate Release News Release: 2 April 2007 Centile Closes Q1 2007 with Record Results New customer wins, strategic alliances with leading technology partners, innovative features implementation fuel Centile's momentum in the VoIP applications market. Sophia Antipolis, FRANCE, April 2, 2007 - Centile, the leading European VoIP Application Software vendor announced today that revenues for Q1 2007 showed a significant growth of 50% compared with Q4 2006 revenues. This quarterly revenue growth marks an extremely successful beginning of the year for Centile with major customer wins in Switzerland, France, Holland and Jordan, partnerships with leading edge technology wireless and data operators. The continued ramp in revenue shows that the application space is now starting to take off and the market has started to move in that direction in Europe and the Emerging markets where Centile is focused. "Fat Pipe" Infrastructure is becoming more and more deployed where now carriers, enterprises and online companies that want to offer differentiated services - IMS services or converged services - are now able to finalize trials and lead to implementation. VoIP technology is now evolving to become a part of a full multimedia portfolio of services a carrier can now offer, this has now become a key driver for the telecommunications market in Europe and globally to start to rapidly deploy services over the IP network. Centile has experienced growth through its customer SMEs base as well as large multi-site enterprise deployments. These segments have the most to gain from the explosion of advanced and innovative application services. Furthermore, Centile has lead the innovation sector of the application server niche by launching first to market products in the GSM-WiFi, as well as the WEB-Telecom convergence areas. By the end of 2007 iLocus forecasts the total number of FMC users at around 6.5 million worldwide. This is forecast to grow at a CAGR of 110 percent to 126.4 million subscribers by the year 2011. The present number of FMC subscribers worldwide is estimated at 436,000. To accelerate its lead with delivering its products via world-class partners, Centile has entered into strategic agreements with leading technology players such as BEA, HP and Cantata to bring full solutions to the market.
