Centile IMS-enables its SIP Application Platform with BEA WebLogic SIP Server

Sophia Antipolis, FRANCE, November 16, 2006 - Centile, a leading enabler of next-generation SIP-based services, converged fixed-mobile and multimedia applications, today announced its partnership with BEA Systems, a leader in enterprise and communications infrastructure software. Centile is also delighted to announce that it has joined the BEA Partner Program as part of the BEA WebLogic® Communications Platform partner ecosystem. This partnership is designed to allow Centile to fully IMS-enable its IntraSwitch SIP Applications Server, by supporting BEA WebLogic® SIP Server, and to enhance Rapid Service Creation Capabilities (towards Web Application developers). The combination of BEA WebLogic Communications Platform products with Centile IntraSwitch Application Server can help enable service providers and application developers to rapidly create and deliver innovative IP communications applications that can be designed to help generate new revenues and increase customer satisfaction. Centile can develop applications modules on BEA WebLogic SIP Server, the converged Java EE-SIP-IMS application server component of the BEA WebLogic Communications Platform product family, to help facilitate the combined product adoption within FMC and IMS environments.
