Centile & Global Voice Telecom LLC Partner to Help Network Operators Roll Out VoIP Services in worldwide markets

Reseller Agreement Combines Global Voice Telecom's VoIP Service Provider and Channel Distribution Expertise with Centile's Leading Voice Applications

Sophia Antipolis and Bridgewater New Jersey , July 3, 2006 - Global Voice Telecom LLC (GVLLC), one of the leading VoIP wholesale operators in the US today announced a reseller agreement to help network operators and Cisco resellers accelerate the roll-out of Hosted IP telephony. .One of the first VoIP wholesale traffic exchange operators in the US market, founded in 1998 with 60 current Telecom customers including Tier 1’s, GVLLC is leveraging its expertise in telephony to accelerate the adoption of retail VoIP services in the US market , Global Voice Telecom, LLC is adding the Centile's Intraswitch to its network communications platform for its retail base to demonstrate as well as to its list of best-of-breed next-generation products that it currently resells to its wholesale customer base on a BOT as well as a white labeled basis.

Under the terms of the agreement, GVLLC becomes a reseller and integrator for the Intraswitch. The Centile platform provides a comprehensive range of applications including hosted PBX, IP Centrex, residential VoIP, and the latest in collaborative multimedia applications fully integrated into a single network communications platform. More than 20 service providers worldwide have selected the Intraswitch platform with more than 600,000 licenses shipped to date.

ISPs and other operators that choose to trial the Intraswitch can now have local support from GVLLC in the US for complete turnkey services. These include network planning, Intraswitch systems integration, web portal customization, custom application development, multi-vendor interoperability, hosting, testing and support. GVLLC and Centile plan to conduct joint sales and marketing activities on a case by case basis.
