Tarasol Telecom, a Jordanian alternative Telecom Operator,
has selected Centile's IntraSwitch platform for the launch of
residential and business VoIP services throughout the country.
After the deregulation of the Jordanian telecommunication
market, Tarasol was granted an individual license in 2006. The
opening of competition in Jordan is a real challenge to Service
Providers willing to differentiate themselves from the incumbent
operator.
Tarasol has its network ready to provide innovative
VoIP services based on the latest New Generation Network (NGN)
platform. Thanks to Centile's IntraSwitch and Eyebill billing
system, Tarasol will be offering its subscribers IP communication
bundles at highly competitive rates with a full range of value-added
and innovative features including IVRs, ACD, conferencing, auto-attendant,
instant messaging, presence management, find-me-follow-me, voice
mail to email, simultaneous and distinctive ringing, free seating,
multi terminal, integration with desktop applications such as
