Call Recording

Centile call recording is an innovative, full feature solution that enables enterprises to improve employees productivity and customer retention.

How does it work?


The enterprise administrator connects to Centile web based administration interface and activate the call recording feature for a given user, group of users and/or ACD groups. The server license defines the max number of recorded entities.

Call recording features


  • Live recording of telephone calls
  • Multiple codecs support (G711, G726, G723, G729, iLBC, GSM and Speex)
  • Specialized Mixing server re-assembles raw streams
  • Conversations are converted to G711 (.au)
  • Dedicated servers are used for storage purpose (NFS)
