2009-Sep-08 Centile, Alyseo and Citrix join forces to deliver virtualized Unified Communications Services to SaaS provider Helios Consulting

Alyseo, Citrix reseller and technical partner and Centile premium partner, have successfully virtualized the Centile Unified Communications Service platform IntraSwitch with Citrix XenServer.

Sophia Antipolis, France - 8 September 2009 - Centile, one of the leading European VoIP Application Software vendors and leading Open Storage technologist Alyseo, alongside Citrix, today jointly announce the availability of a virtualized Unified Communications Service platform, enabling Service Providers and SaaS vendors to deliver affordable, high performance and on-demand VoIP telephony services to their business customers.

Citrix XenServer is a robust, flexible and easy-to-install virtualization platform that delivers the critical features of live migration and centralized multi-server management at no cost. This open and powerful server virtualization solution radically reduces datacenter costs by transforming static and complex datacenter environments into greener, more dynamic, easy to manage IT service delivery centers.

Leveraging Citrix XenServer and Centile VoIP application platform IntraSwitch, Service Providers and SaaS vendors are now able to deliver on-demand telephony services to business customers.

The virtualized solution empowers Service Providers and SaaS to offer their business customers IP telephony services from a single virtual machine with the option to be run on multiple physical servers, enabling the spread of resources across multiple environments. The customer is no longer dependant on a vendor server or on the burden of legacy proprietary hardware.
