2011-Apr-7 CESO GTO selects Centile Istra SP platform to deliver PBX Trunking and Unified Communications to SMEs and large businesses in France
Enterprise customers are increasingly moving to IP telephony and managed hosted services. In order to stay ahead of the competition and to satisfy its customers’ demand, CESO GTO, has decided to complement its IP PBX portfolio with a full range of VoiP services ranging from SIP PBX trunking to value-added IP Centrex services.
Powered by IBM Bladecenter, Centile Istra SP carrier-grade platform combined with Inalp Patton gateway and Aastra SIP phones allow CESO-GTO to offer SMEs a turnkey service by outsourcing of their overall telecom and IT needs to a single provider.
Having offered for many years traditional PBX telephony services, CESO GTO decided to deploy its own IP telephony platform and selected Centile as its technology partner to deliver PBX Trunking, Unified Communications and FMC services and introducing a full range of value-added features and innovative services including call forwarding, call screening, role-based conferencing, voicemail-to-email, auto-attendant, boss-secretary filtering, call park and pick up, call barring, IVRs, Automatic Call Distribution, group hunting, free seating, as well as web-based self-care and client applications.
