Ingénieur de développement expérimenté

Poste dans le département R&D (10 personnes) au sein de l'équipe "core" qui développe le coeur d'un serveur de téléphonie IP, entièrement logiciel, écrit en JAVA.

Cette équipe regroupe principalement les aspects fonctionnels suivants (en plus des couches génériques de gestion de la plateforme) :

- configuration/connectivité avec les téléphones IP,
- routage des appels et protocoles CTI (computer-telephony-integration) pour la relation avec les applications clientes.

La principale responsabilité de ce poste sera la gestion de toutes les interactions entre les téléphones IP et nos serveurs. Notamment l'intégration de nouveaux téléphones IP et le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités autours des téléphones IP.

Le poste est très complet : tests préliminaires à l'intégration, développement des nouvelles fonctionnalités, aide au support, suivit de relation avec les constructeurs tiers et documentation associé (notamment comment les téléphones-IP seront déployés chez nos clients).

Les tests finaux et le support premier niveau sont effectués par d'autres équipes.

Profil candidat: ingénieur en informatique

Expérience requise: 3 ans minimum, forte compétence en dévelopement idéalement dans un environnement serveur avec de fortes contraintes (exemple : multi-threading/haute-disponibilité/tenue en charge/soft-temps réel). La connaissance du domaine téléphonique est souhaitable.

Rigueur et professionalisme nécessaire pour le suivit des relations avec les constructeurs, intérêt pour la technologie, bon état d'esprit.

Compétence en programmation: bonne connaissance du java indispensable.

Connaissances requises: réseaux TCP/IP (DHCP/DNS, routage IP/NAT), un gros plus serait la connaissances des protocoles téléphoniques SIP/MGCP/Skinny

Experienced Engineer Developer

Position in the R&D department (10 persons) within the "core" team that develops the heart of a fully software VoIP application server, written in JAVA.

This team regroups the following functional aspects (on the top of the generic layers of management of the platform) :

- Configuration/connectivity with IP phones
- routing of calls and CTI protocols (computer telephony integration) in relation with clients applications.

The principal responsibility of this position will be the management of all interactions between IP phones and our servers: in particular new IP phones integration and the development of new functionalities around IP phones.

The position is very complete: preliminary tests at integration level, development of the new functionalities, help given to the support team, follow up with third parties constructors and associated documentation (in particular how IP phones are deployed at our customers premises).

The final tests and the support level 1 are carried out by other teams.

Candidate profile: Engineer in Information Technology

Required experience: 3 years minimum, strong knowledge in development ideally in a server environment with strong constraints (example: multi-threading/high-disponibility/load testing/real soft-time). Knowledge in Telecom field is requested.

Must be rigorous and professional for the follow up with constructors, must have a strong interest for the technology, and a good state of mind.

Competency in programming: good knowledge of JAVA
