SwitchBoard

 a user-friendly application dedicated to receptionists



SwitchBoard is a flexible and easy-to-use standalone application for receptionists. With a few clicks of the mouse, an attendant can transfer a call, put a caller on hold, announce the caller to an intended recipient, and search the corporate directory to place an internal call.

The busy lamp field functionality allows the receptionist to have a general view of the corporate directory nd the extension status (on line, off line, DND...)

The built in notepad allows attendants to attach notes to callers while operating SwitchBoard. The task reminder functionality to schedule future automatic reminders can also be activated.

The SwitchBoard application provides multi enterprise support, allowing Service Providers to offer shared outsourced receptionist service to Enterprises.

Centralized SwitchBoard between milti-site enhances enterprise's customer service and corporate image.

SwitchBoard can be deployed in many languages such as English, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, and Portuguese.
