Interactive Voice Responses (IVRs)
Centile offers Interactive Voice Responses (IVR), including voice mail, auto-attendant and IVR creation environment. Centile’s IVRs are designed to support heavy load and all scripts are compiled rather than interpreted. It is also easy to create a new service and customize the product. Another advantage is that all scripts can be reloaded and modified in real time without stopping the iPBX.
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)
Centile offers Automatic Call Distribution to its customers, which adds superior call handling features to Centile IntraSwitch. The purpose of the ACD is to find a person to respond to a call in the best way, and it is often used by telemarketers. With the ACD, information about the caller can be displayed on the screen when there is an incoming call. It also allows calls to be distributed to other persons without the caller receiving a busy signal. The ACD is fully integrated in our product, is easily customized, and supports a lot of operators.
Voice Mail
Centile Voice Mail is provided within the set of IVR applications embedded within Centile IntraSwitch and solutions. It does not require any additional DSP cards and is a module suitable with any SIP capable iPBX.
Centile Voice Mail allows end users to access their own voice mail at any time and from anywhere (i.e. from external and internal), enabling them to manage their messages and greeting.
The Voice Mail is fully customizable and can be adapted to specific requirements (i.e. creation of custom value added services) such as:
- Language
- Scenario
- Interaction with other IVRs, e.g. link to the forwarding rule management IVR

Conferencing
Centile’s conference server offers a broad set of features, appealing to users in many different sectors.
- Audio Conferencing allowing callers to meet on a conference bridge.
- Recording is a function allowing recording and playback of individual conferences, activated by a simple press on a button.
- Recording of full conversations is a new feature, allowing e.g. the police or embassies to record full conversations and store them.
- Access Code Generation which is automatic pre-designed or user- defined.
- Integration with Centile IntraSwitch and its features.
